great spot for local parks and tasty food options
We stayed one night and loved how we could easily walk to nearby parks and enjoy the great dining options just a few steps away, especially Taco Bell for a quick bite after our explorations. plus, the ground floor room was perfect for our dog, and the newly renovated bathroom was a nice touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Ideal for budget-conscious travelers
The fridge and microwave in the room made life easier, especially after long days. Also, I appreciated the quietness of the hotel, very important when you're trying to focus.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it still felt acceptable for the experience I got.

The staff were super friendly and helpful during our family's stay. We loved visiting the Capitol Theater, where we caught a fantastic show. There were also fun memories made at the Yakima Valley Trolleys, which my kids really enjoyed.
In my wife’s opinion, cleanliness could definitely be improved.

The desk staff and night auditor were extremely friendly, making check-in after 11p smooth. The king room featured a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a nice work desk. It was clean and quiet, perfect for a restful night, though the property shows some age. Breakfast offered typical items like eggs and toast, but there were no meat options. A drawback was the inability to open the windows for fresh air, despite functional AC.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We enjoyed visiting the local Capitol Theater and took a ride on the Yakima Valley Trolleys, which was a blast. The staff was really friendly throughout our stay. Just a heads up, cleanliness can be hit or miss, but overall it was a solid experience.
One thing we noticed was that some areas could use a good cleaning. we found old candy in the fridge in one of the rooms.
